ABOUT THIS WINE

PERSONALITY: Full bodied, plump, stout and toasty

 

COLOR: Deep, glistening garnet red

 

NOSE: Cassis, plums, coffee, clove

 

PALATE: Impactful from the first sip, there is real presence and weight to this broad-shouldered red blend. The flavor profile veers towards dark, echoing the nose with black currant, Damson plum, chocolate and toasted spice in abundance.

 

TERROIR: Warm inland river valley


GRAPES: 66% Syrah 34% Cabernet Sauvignon


ALC: 13.9%


SERVING TEMP: 61-64° F
